Pacific Pictures is a wholly owned independent production company founded in May of 2002 to develop and produce television and motion pictures.

Serving as Chief Executive Officer, Mark W. Fellows oversees all of Pacific Pictures' creative development as well as the strategic planning for the company. As Pacific Pictures' President, Anne Fellows (formerly Anne R. Howson), is responsible for the television and feature film material development and production. She oversees all of the company's business and legal affairs, as well as the day-to-day operations.

Mark currently writes for the high octane, popular kid's animation series "Johnny Test" on the Kids' WB while continuing to develop television treatments and film screenplays (see current projects). Mark's been in the entertainment industry since 1989, when he worked as a Music Production Coordinator with The Rolling Stones, Genesis, and U2. Then in 1990, he created and produced two successful public access TV shows, "The Comedy of Errors" and "Pie O'rama Trivia" for WBGU-PBS in Ohio.

In 1993, after graduating from Bowling Green State University with a BA in Film and Television, Mark moved to New York City to work in production development for MTV, the Food Network, Comedy Central, and Nickelodeon. His passion to be a cameraman led him to stints with Fox Sports Net, Unitel, and to America's Health Network. In 1999, Mark directed, co-wrote and co-produced the independent motion picture "Stealing Diane", which premiered at the Melbourne Independent Film Festival in 2001. Mark recently finished up a three-year run as script manager on Nickelodeon's "Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide."

In 1994, Anne founded her company Orchestrations, Inc. where she produced special events and concerts. Her credits include a Super Bowl Halftime Show, the Special Olympics World Games, numerous Walt Disney World parades and events, along with many Fortune 500 client events and concerts. After getting her Masters in Performing Arts Production, Anne dabbled in the motion picture business and subsequently moved to Los Angeles where she teamed up with Writer/Director (and now husband) Mark W. Fellows. After completing the UCLA Film/TV Producer's program, Anne worked with Carsey-Werner Films, FOX SearchLab, Oscar nominated Director Colin Campbell, and others to produce independent feature films, commercials, and shorts films.
